For the team at Clean Earth, possessing large scale capabilities and producing premium products is not the end of the job, it's the start. The challenge to be addressed is getting those products out into the world in scale and creating a new standard of quality and sustainability for the products we consume and utilize in our daily lives.

  3. Scale until all product lines are readily accessible to the general consumer.
  4. Give back through philanthropy vehicles such as brand partnerships, profit sharing, and charitable ownership.
Ryan Jumonville

Ryan "Jume" Jumonville is a the sole owner of The Derbyshire Group, a privately held company with business interests in all 50 U.S. states and in 84 countries around the world.

Jumonville is also the Chairman and owner of United Networks of America (UNA). UNA is one of the largest healthcare companies in the United States with more than 240,000 participating providers serving over 120 million people in the U.S. and select U.S. territories.

Most of Jumonville's efforts these days are focused on philanthropy. He is a member of the Giving Pledge founded by Bill Gates and Warren Buffet as a public dedication for billionaires to pledge the majority of their net worth to philanthropy. His chartitable contributions include the Children's Miracle Network, providing homes to single mothers, scholarships for the children of fallen servicemen, funding water wells in Africa, and much more.

Todd Rader

Todd Rader is an American businessman and entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas.

Rader has spent the last two decades building and acquiring companies across multiple sectors. After beginning his career as a serial entrepreneur, Rader managed a single-family office where he led numerous transactions over a 10-year period.

The diverse companies and multiple experiences gave him the foundation to do what he enjoys most driving growth and working as part of a team to make a company successful.
